A Safavid blue and white pottery bowl
17th century
with flaring sides, painted to the exterior with a band of four flower sprays beneath a dot motif border, the interior with central floral roundel -- 4½in. (11.5cms) diam, (rim chips and crack); a Nishapur style footed pottery bowl incised with a stylised bird to the interior -- 4in. (10.2cms) diam; and a Persian blue and white glazed pottery bowl painted with floral and foliate panels -- 9in. (23cms) diam.
