Triggerplate action of boxlock form, manual safe, fully-selective single-trigger, hold-open toplever, best bouquet and scroll engraving, the toplever and sides of the action-body gold-inlaid with pigeon motifs, with much blued finish, the triggerguard gold-encrusted with the Aitken coat-of-arms, stock with semi-pistolgrip and recoil-pad, the comb built up, the barrels with matt ventilated top-ribs, under the stock are three engraved gold plates 'Annie Laurie Aitken: European Championship Valencia, 1960, Third Place: Prix de la Côte D'Azur, 8th Place, Monte Carlo, 1960', and under the forend two gold plates 'World Championship, Sevilla, 1959, Second Place: World Championship, Milano, 1960, Runner-up', and an enamel insignia 'Tiro de Pichones De Sevilla'
