Tasting note: From the start (April 1994), a very attractive '93. Distinctly sweet, complete. The opening wine at my Bordeaux tasting for the Chaine des Rotisseurs in Nassau: rather thick set, plummy colour; low-keyed, soft, fleshy nose and 'wonderful depth'; rich fruit, a good mouthful despite its modest alcohol content (12.
