The pendant watch, of gilt-finished jeweled lever movement, the white circular dial with black Arabic numerals, gold hands, within a polished gold surround, the reverse decorated entirely with rose-cut diamonds, enhanced by circular-cut ruby trefoil motifs, suspended by rose-cut diamond links, with circular-cut ruby trefoils, from a pavé-set diamond navette-shaped bar brooch, centering upon an oval-cut ruby, mounted in 14k gold and silver, with Swiss assay marks, circa 1875
