comprising: one with chased scroll and foliate handle, the blood stone matrix carved with an owl perched on a branch; one with chased foliate handle, the chalcedony matrix carved with a dove and olive branch; another with chased handle modelled as a squirrel, with yellow foiled rock crystal matrix carved as bird carrying a letter above the legend VITE; one with gold scroll and foliate engraved handle, the domed fluted mount with foiled amethyst matrix carved with the legend, CES'T MON COER QUI VOUS PARLE: another with coiled serpent handle, the engraved striated oval mount with chalcedony matrix carved with the name Sophie; and one with gold chased and engraved handle and quartrefoil bloodstone matrix, with inscription 13 HEBREWS VI 4.
