With circular nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, factory-engraved gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, Arabic five minute divisions in beige, pierced gold hands, the octagonal-shaped case with white enamel and translucent grey-blue guilloche enamel decoration to the bezel, the snap on back (No. 264608) with translucent grey-blue guilloche enamel background and white enamel foliage accents, centered by diamond-set snowflake decoration, the case further enhanced with platinum and diamond-set floral and foliage-shaped appliques, single pear-shaped diamond drop, sapphire-set crown, together with a matching 18K two-colour gold translucent grey-blue guilloche enamel and pearl-set chain, accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives, case, cuvette and movement signed and numbered, dial signed
