With two circular nickel-finished jewelled lever movements, the first time zone display with white dial and Roman numerals, blued steel hands, the rectangular case pivots within the rectangular backplate to reveal the second time zone display with gilt dial and Roman numerals, together with an 18K gold Cartier deployant buckle, case, dials and movement signed
