Lot Essay

Helen Tatlock was the artist's daughter and Miss Harriet Helen Tatlock the artist's granddaughter, the watercolours then passed to her companion Miss Muriel Bostock, before entering the colection of Sir Geoffrey Harmsworth, whose collection of views of Lincolnshire was sold Christie's, London, 7 November 1995.
