Mark of Thomas Merry, London, 1715
Each octagonal baluster form, on octagonal base with incurved sides, with vase-shaped sockets, the snuffer stand with flattened octagonal socket and scroll handle, the snuffer with oval box and ring handles, the candlesticks, snuffer and stand each engraved with a crest, marked on base of candlesticks, taperstick and stand, and inside each side of snuffer box
the candlesticks, 7in. (18cm.) high
