Mark of Aldridge & Green, London, 1785 and 1786, some maker's marks overstruck with CH
each oval with beaded rims, the teapot with a wooden handle and a hinged slightly domed cover with composition finial, the body engraved with a coat-of-arms, the conforming stand engraved with a crest, the caddy with a vase finial, engraved with a monogram - the teapot 13.7cm. (5 3/8in.) high, 20oz. gross, excluding stand
