A VICTORIAN MARQUETRY CENTRE TABLE
In the Louis XV style
With a serpentine top, quarter veneered and inlaid with panels of flowers and foliage with cornucopiae inlaid to the corners, the frieze with similar panels with birds and flowers containing a frieze drawer on cabriole legs, in the drawer is a letter from 'J MAGS 54 Church Street, Falmouth to a Mrs Holloway discussing the table which by repute was a gift from Louis XV to Sir Robert Ball
29in. (74cm.) high, 36in. (91.5cm.) wide, 20½in. (52cm.) deep
