painted with the Eight Horses of Muwang amongst foliage and rockwork, seven around the exterior, with the eighth to the centre --7in. (17.8cm.) diam, Jiajing six-character mark to base; and a blue and white saucer dish with the Eight Horses on a riverbank -- six-character mark Made by Bo Gu for the Hall of Peaceful Happiness, (rim nibbles and fritting).
