A Cantonese circular ivory basket and cover

with twin tortoiseshell arched handles, the slightly domed cover with concentric ball knop set within a foliate pierced and circular panel, with twelve further pierced foliate panels to the cover and basket, raised on four floriform shaped supports -- 10¼in. (26cm.) diam., (a few damages and losses).
