A sancai glazed pottery model of a bactrian camel
Tang Dynasty
standing four square on a rectangular base, the braying head tilted slightly backwards, the tail flicked over the right haunch, covered in a streaked cream and ochre glaze -- 20½in. (52cms) high, (some restoration).
