The Geissler tube has two terminals, a liquid-filled tube with a bulb on top, both with spirals, and a turned wooden stand -- 41.2cm. (16 1/8in.) high;
The Crooke's tube has a fluorescent mineral sample in the form of a conch shell, with two terminals and a turned wooden stand -- 33.6cm. (13¼in.) high (2)
