Five checks drawn from Clark Gable's account at Security-First National Bank of Los Angeles in February 1931. With his printed name evident on the upper left border, all checks are entirely penned in Gable's hand, have his signature in the lower right-hand corner and are made out to Cash with the exception of one, for Riding, written to Griffith Park Riding Academy.
