A fine pair of lady's shoes, of ivory satin, woven with blue and green stripes, the throat trimmed with ruched ivory ribbon and bow, with shallow rounded toe, straights, with 1/4in. (0.5cm.) white kid insert at heel, the silk probably late 1790s, circa 1800
