Raised on a circular base with a band of gilt looped leaves, the body painted with large panels of flowers within elaborate gilt cartouches reserved on a royal blue ground with band of gilt decoration, two large gilt scroll leaf handles and pierced gilt rim, signed , printed factory marks (small rim repair)
