AN ATTRACTIVE JADE AND GEM SET DAGGER SASH CORD ORNAMENT
Deccan or Mughal, late 17th or early 18th century
The white jade circular ornament inlaid with rubies, emeralds amd gold in the form of a spray of poppy flowers and leaves, the reverse with foliate carving, later mounted as a brooch circa 1920, with pavé-set diamond claws
