Probably Neuchatel, last quarter 18th Century
The circular white-enamelled dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, and delicate pierced and gilt hands, the movement with verge escapement, silk-suspended pendulum, outside countwheel with rack strike on bell and pull repeat, the case of typical form decorated overall with various floral sprays, with a caddy top surmounted by an urn finial, above the baloon shaped glazed door with musical trophy, on foliate legs, the bracket conformingly decorated, minor losses to the decoration
