A GROUP OF ANTIQUE JEWELRY
Comprising a brooch, the oval plaque set with a central miniature depicting a woman, to the tricolored gold foliate frame, with rose gold ribbons, suspending a chain tassel, enhanced by black enamel trim, (illustrated), circa 1850; and a textured gold and cannetille heart locket pendant, one side set with the message "Regard" in gemstones, the other side with cabochon turquoise detail, opening to reveal a glass encasement with plaited hair, (illustrated), circa 1830; a bracelet of highly flexible design, the gold strap, with scrolled detail and chain borders, to the foliate slide clasp, 19th century, adjustable, with assay mark and maker's mark; a bangle bracelet, designed as a rigid gold wire band with gold boule crossover terminals, (repair evident), adjustable; and a bloomed gold locket, of oval outline, the front decorated with an old European-cut diamond flowerhead, each petal outlined in black enamel, opening to reveal two glass encasements, (the inside glass painted 'Souvenir 18 Decembre 1868'), circa 1868 (5)
