Mark of Pieter van Reidt, Amsterdam, 1790, also struck with later Dutch duty mark of 1795 for Amsterdam and Dutch duty mark of 1853-1927, French import mark used from 1893
Of square form, on four claw and ball feet, lower rim pierced into ovals and dots, plain body, detachable tapering cover with large cone finial, beaded rims, marked on base and inner rim cover
