The circular pot on a circular reeded rim, the body with a lower band of stylised leaves against matted ground, a fluted mid-band and an upper band of chased and embossed flowers and foliage against a matted ground, double scroll handle with bone insulaters, dragon-shaped spout, detachable domed conforming cover with baluster finial, marked on base
