The shaped quatrefoil stand on four scroll feet, fitted with three shaped boxes and one taperstick, all chased with scrolling strapwork, the reverse of the tray engraved "Henrica Eleanor Caldwell," the shaped oval pentray with conforming decoration and engraved inscription with pencil and fountain, marked on reverse and field of tray, reverse, side, and cover of two boxes, reverse and side of one box, and base of taperstick, the pentray marked on reverse and on pen holders, the pen and pencil marked sterling
