FIRST EDITION of this interesting 17th-century work on Scottish natural history. Sibbald instituted with Andrew Balfour the Botanical Garden at Edinburgh in 1667 and the above work contains an extensive catalogue of the plants grown in the garden. Nissen ZBI 3847; Wing S-3727 and S-3724.
