The sliding lid carved with a cross and seven incised roundels, the interior recessed for nine weights, 7¼ x 2 5/8 in. (18.5 x 6.7 cm.); five bronze weights comprising a square; a disc with IB; an Ottoman flat hexagon; and two truncated biconical weights; an early Byzantine gilded bronze shaft handle from a balance, with leaf shaped terminals, with a gilded inlaid monogram with ankh-cross, circa 5th-7th Century A.D., 3 5/8 in. (9.3 cm.) long; two knuckle bones, one of grey steatite, one white quartzite; three die; a terracotta multi-faceted gaming piece; and a limestone cuboid stamp seal, with incised animals, human and other motifs, 1½ in. (3.8 cm.) high max. (14)
