used DC, the remarkable assembly of the varying states comprising printings in black from States 1, 2 and 3, and in red from States 3 and 4, all cancelled in black with the State 3 red printing being on small piece tied by very fine strike of the Manchester 'fishtail' Cross, margins all round (mostly large or very large) although the State 2 printing in black just touching along the base; mostlt fine.
