The Madonna and Child

First documented in 1485, a chronology for Mansueti's oeuvre can be established with some accuracy through the large number of surviving signed pictures, several of them dated, by the artist. The present work has been dated to early in the artist's career by Everett Fahy, to whom we are grateful for providing the attribution on the basis of a photograph.
