Contracted by collectors, private museums and auction houses to restore old watches, he was able to further his technical expertise and establish himself as a fine watchmaker. He opened his first boutique in Tokyo in 1992 and later several other boutiques worldwide, including Osaka and Hong Kong and Tour de L'Ile and Noga Hilton, both in Geneva. The combination of intricate, complicated movements, along with a unique and recognizable style, has ranked him as one of the most fashionable watchmakers of today.
