Circa 1854
Modelled with a sailor, wearing straw hat, white trousers and shirt, orange cravat and blue jacket, modelled standing resting a small model of a sailing boat on his left shoulder, a bag slung over his shoulder, his right hand resting on the head of a young boy who holds a hat in his right hand, on shaped oval base titled in gilt SAILOR (slight chip to boy's nose and flaking to enamels generally)
