A Coalport trio, another and eight other teacups and saucers
Circa 1830-40, the first trio painted by Kelshall
The first painted with central panels of fruit, reserved on a pea-green ground, within gilt scrolling cartouches, the second trio painted with flowersprays, divided by cell, diaper and star-pattern gilt cartouches, the teacups and saucers painted variously, including: landscape vignettes against blue and beige ground-colours, gilt and painted flowers, blue and gold banding and ribbon ornament (10)
