Cal. 27-460 Q, with nickel-finished lever movement, 37 jewels, Gyromax balance, free sprung regulator, 18K gold rotor, movement stamped twice with the Geneva seal, the silvered matt dial with applied baton numerals, gold dauphine hands, apertures for day and month, subsidiary dial indicating date combined with phases of the moon, the circular case with enlarged bezel, downturned lugs, snap on back, together with an 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial and movement signed

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Certificat d'Origine et de Garantie, Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1967 and its subsequent sale on 5 October 1967 as well as presentation box.

Patek Philippe began production of reference 3448 with the 27-460 Q calibre movement in 1962. Only 586 examples were made.
