With nickel-finished fully jewelled lever movement, the white matt dial with applied baton numerals, gilt dauphine hands, subsidiary seconds, in circular case with stepped bezel, downturned teardrop lugs, snap on back, case, dial and movement signed

Lot Essay

The reference 4134 is one of the few self-winding Rolex wristwatches with snap on back or non-waterproof case. It is thought that it was proudced between 1942 and 1946.
