WELLS (1904, 'I have no short stories unpublished & any I do write go, under a monopoly agreement to the Shaw Magazine'), Max BEERBOHM (two, including one with a series of whimsical series of drawings of farming in Yorkshire), also including letters of Laurence & Laura Alma Tadema, Edith Somerville, Winston Churchill (stamped signature), H. Rider Haggard (letter signed), Lord Rosebery and others, altogether approximately 38 items, backed onto the pages of an album, limp vellum.
