Lot Essay

The topsail schooner Olive Branch was built at Kingston, Spey Bay, Scotland, in 1878. Registered at 84 tons gross (80 net), she measured 78½ feet in length with a 19½ foot beam and operated out of Buckie, along the coast from her home port of Banff.
