A Grand Tour purse, of red morocco leather, embroidered in gold silks and metal thread, the front with the name William Harler and date 1727, the back Tetuan; and a small purse of crimson velvet, embroidered in Ottoman style in gold metal threads, modern, containing a tiny pair of knitted bootees, mounted on card inscribed Mary B Austen aged 14 years, Harriet Taylor aged 14 years, circa 1840s (2)
