A Nymphenburg two-handled miniature vase
Circa 1763-67, impressed O and Bavarian shield mark
After the Meissen original of Swan Service type, the spirally shell-moulded flared neck and inverted pear-shaped body painted with bouquets of flowers and flower-sprays, with two coloured dolphins gripping the upper rim with their mouths, their tails resting on the shoulder of the vase, on a waisted circular foot with a gilt line border (three minute chips to the footrim)
