A Nymphenburg white figure of Donna Martina from the Commedia dell'Arte Series
Circa 1760-63
Modelled by Franz Anton Bustelli, looking to her left, her hair in plaits, wearing earrings and a ribbon-trimmed hooded stole fastened with ribbons over a long skirt, with a bottle of wine in her left hand and top of her skirt with her right hand, standing on a shaped flat base edged with sweeping scrolls (section of base lacking, large open firing crack to skirt at back, further smaller firing cracks to skirt, chipping to edge of base, chip to tip of spindle, minute chip to hair, minute chipping to ribbons)
