23-300, with circular nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, Gyromax blance, free sprung regulator, movement stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva, the silvered matte dial with bisecting lines for the indexes, gold baton hands, the assymetrical case with snap on back (No. 796466 Ref. 3413), together with an 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial and movement signed

Lot Essay

This lot is accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extrait des Registres confirming production in 1964 and its subsequent sale on 30 January 1980.

There are only five known examples of this model, reference 3413, in yellow gold. The present lot is the only one that has a standard silvered dial.
