A PAIR OF ANTIQUE ENAMEL AND DIAMOND CUFFLINKS
Each composed as a translucent blue guilloché enamel disc within a rose-cut diamond frame enhanced by a rose-cut diamond-set crown, mounted in platinum and gold, circa 1900, indistinct maker's mark
According to the present owner these cufflinks were a gift from Dowager Maria Feodorovna to one of his ancestors.
Dowager Maria Feodorovna (1847-1928) was married to Tsar Alexander III of Russia (1848-1894). (2)
