Composed of eight gold quadruple spiral beads, each with a central tube with a plain wire rim on each end, joined to two double-spiraling wires, strung together with sixteen lozenge-shaped lapis lazuli beads, ten banded agate and nine amethyst lentoid beads, and finished at each end with six small lapis lazuli beads, each end with a loop
