The hollow cast figure depicting of the cult statue at the temple of Jupiter at Baalbeck, also known as Baal or Jupiter-Hadad, wearing a kalathos, a wig of echeloned curls, and a short chin beard, sheathed in a long garment portraying several small heads of deities in registers on both sides, his left arm raised, the right lowered, both once holding now-missing attributes, traces of gilding preserved throughout
