A German fayence oviform vase
Circa 1760, perhaps Hannoversch-Münden
Enriched in grand feu colours with sprays and bouquets of flowers in yellow, green blue and puce and moulded with two handles formed as female masks flanked by eagles' heads and scrolls (crack around lower part, chipping to rims and extremities)
9¾ in. (24.7 cm.) high
