"A substantial wine with a convincing appearance; rich, round, soft, bread-like-more dough than crust, with touch of pineapple. Full-bodied (I thought about 13.8 our hosts, who should have it at their fingertips, said it was 14 to 14.5, certainly very rich, nutty flavour, good acidity. A lovely wine. Served (at room temperature; Aubert de Villaine considered 15 degrees celsius best) after the DRC tasting of the 1994s and before dinner, at the Domaine, Nov 1995 ****" MB, Vintage Wine
