of circular outline, painted to each side with portraits of saints, one in monk's robes, holding a staff below the inscription CHARITAS within a halo, the other in bishop's robes, holding a book on which two phials are balanced, his eyes directed heavenwards toward Divine rays, with two loop handles and a short shaped neck and on a rectangular base, the sides painted with a continuous garland of flowers -- 8½in.
