Nepal, 17th Century
Standing on a lotus base wearing a long flared robe, his face with crisply delineated features with downcast eyes beneath arched brows, surmounted by a separately modeled crown inset with hardstones, backed by a double-arched mandorla with iron armature, the figure and base applied over a wood core, partially gilt and applied with polychrome lacquer
