A Japanese bronze moonflask, late 19th century, signed Atsuyoshi
one side with an iron panel inlaid in gold and silver with a bird amongst flowers within geometric patterns, the other side inlaid in sliver, gold and shakudo with a ho-o bird clasping a flowering branch, within a band of dragons, the sides with incised design of dragons emerging from clouds, signed to the base Nihon Saikyo Junin, Atsuyoshi zo -- 7½in. (19cm.) high.
