A Chinese export monogrammed famille rose part dinner service, 18th Century
comprising a large moulded rococco form tureen and cover, three oval dishes, a circular dish, a plate and a soup dish each with the monogram J.P.B; and a similar enamelled plate with indecipherable monogram, decorated with floral entwined monograms within bamboo and floral spray borders and fruiting sprays within rococco scroll leaf borders on a bianco-sopra-bianco stylised flowerhead ground, the tureen (including handles) -- 15½in. (39.5cm.) wide. (8)
