The hood with swan neck cresting and fluted outset columns, with 'horned' arch top to a trunk door flanked by three-quarter length fluted half columns, with panelled plinth raised on bracket feet, the 13in. wide white painted (repainted) dial with Arabic chapters and dot minute track, subsidiary seconds and date ring, signed RADFORDS LEEDS, blued steel hands, with rolling moon in the arch, falseplate stamped WILL.M WHITEAKER to the four pillar movement with anchor escapement, trip repeat and rack strike on bell
