Provenance
Almost certainly supplied to Charles, 3rd Baron and 1st Earl of Romney (1744-1811) for The Mote, Maidstone, Kent.
Reputedly in the collection of Viscount Bearsted, Upton House, Warwickshire; Marcus Samuel, 1st Viscount Bearsted, acquired the Mote with much of its contents from Lord Romney in the 1890's.
